o4 End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the o4
software binaries distributed through this repository (the "Software").
By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to the terms
of this Agreement.

1. License grant. Open4rena grants you a personal, non-exclusive,
   non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on
   devices you own or control, for your own internal use, including
   commercial use of the Software's output.

2. Restrictions. You may not, and may not permit others to:
   (a) copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the
       Software;
   (b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to
       derive the source code of the Software, except to the extent such
       restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
   (c) rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software,
       or make it available to third parties as a hosted or managed
       service without prior written permission from Open4rena;
   (d) remove or alter any proprietary notices in or on the Software.

3. Third-party services. The Software can connect to third-party model
   providers and services using credentials you supply. Your use of those
   services is governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for
   any fees they charge.

4. Telemetry. The Software operates locally. Model and tool traffic is
   sent only to providers you configure. The Software also transmits a
   minimal anonymous usage ping (a random install identifier, Software
   version, operating system, and CPU architecture -- no file contents,
   prompts, paths, or personal information) to Open4rena at most once
   per day. This ping can be disabled at any time through the Software's
   settings or the O4_TELEMETRY=0 environment variable, and its payload
   is documented in the Software's documentation.

5. Updates. Open4rena may provide updates to the Software, which are
   governed by this Agreement unless accompanied by different terms.

6. Ownership. The Software is licensed, not sold. Open4rena and its
   licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the
   Software.

7. Termination. This Agreement terminates automatically if you breach
   its terms. Upon termination you must cease using and delete all
   copies of the Software.

8. Disclaimer of warranty. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT
   WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT
   LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
   PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW,
   OPEN4RENA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
   CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR
   REVENUE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

10. General. This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and
    Open4rena regarding the Software and supersedes any prior
    agreements. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining
    provisions remain in effect.
